Exploring Reach Falls From Ocho Rios, Port Antonio

One of Jamaica’s most beautiful natural waterfalls. It is nestled in a tranquil environment surrounded by rainforests. The river’s source is John Crow Mountain, which is about a mile away from the falls. It’s both refreshing and profound at times. Many films have been shot there. If you’re staying in Port Antonio, I strongly advise you to see Reach Falls. It’s a great way to get a taste of the chilly alpine streams tumbling down the blue mountains. Fish may be seen swimming at the bottom of the pool since the water is so transparent. There are multiple waterfalls to jump out of, and lifeguards are on hand to advise you. We enjoyed a fantastic day and had a lot of fun! The lower falls may be seen with the help of a local guide. You can also enter through the official entrance. For the same money, I believe it is a comparable experience. The official one satisfied us because it has to change facilities and sells water shoes for ten dollars. The admittance charge covers the cost of the guide. With the guide, it was just the two of us. You may hand over your camera to him while climbing, leaping, or swimming, and he will capture a lot of shots. You ascend the waterfalls for a while before descending. There was no rush, and the guide took his time. If you’re looking for a thrill, request that the guides lead you through the rabbit hole. It’s a little hazardous, but it’s not too bad. You’ll have to dive into a hole and then navigate underwater tunnels. They also let you jump down the main falls, which were around 20 feet above the water.
