Jamaica- Appleton Estate Reserve

Jirie’s Rum Zinger Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 shots Clarin Vaval (or your favorite white rum)
- 1½ cups pineapple juice unsweetened
- 1 tbsp brown cane sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Jirie Cuban Mojo Seasoning (you can go a little heavier than a pinch if your prefer)
- 1 sprig of mint
Instructions
- In a tall glass pour in the rum, brown sugar, salt, Jirie Cuban mojo seasoning, and mint.
- Using a muddler, mash the ingredients together until the sugar is dissolved.
- In 2 glasses with ice, pour the mixture equally and top it off with the pineapple juice
- Enjoy!
