1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 ripe bananas, mashed
Combine flour, white sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Combine the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and bananas in a separate bowl.
